We help clients select, monitor and manage their relationships with third-party suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and sales agents, and advise them on compliance issues across the supply chain spectrum such as anti-corruption, anti-bribery, trade sanctions, export and import controls (customs) as well as product labeling requirements, product liability and recalls, and sales promotion and marketing rules across multiple countries.
